ABDOMINOPLASTY
Also known as tummy tuck, es a procedure which consists of removing the excess of skin and fat, as well as adjusting the abdominal muscles. The result is a body shape improvement. Pregnancies and/or weight loss may lead to this damage. Todo esto resulta en una mejora en el contorno corporal, el cual puede verse dañado por los embarazos y/o la pérdida de peso, entre otras causas. It is of paramount importance to have realistic expectations to avoid future frustrations with the results achieved, this is why during your consultation we will explain in detail about the procedure.
It does require hospitalization, for one night at least. We usually leave drains which will be removed when your surgeon judges it properly, as well as a urinary cateter to keep control over the fluids administered in your body and those coming out of it.
